This apartment renovation in Vida Residences, Dubai Marina turned a standard high-floor unit into a warm, contemporary home built around its marina and skyline views. We reworked the layout for open-plan living, wrapped the space in oak joinery and natural stone, and added a hotel-style bedroom suite with a glass-fronted walk-in wardrobe and a full stone bathroom. D5 handled the whole project in-house — interior design, Dubai Municipality approvals, construction, joinery and FF&E — so the finished apartment matches the original concept exactly, with one team accountable from first sketch to handover.
