A warm family apartment renovation in The Greens
This apartment renovation in The Greens gave an established Emaar home a complete, considered upgrade — warm oak throughout, full custom joinery, and a layout reworked around family living. We built fitted storage into every room, added a home-office nook and a playful kid's room with built-in shelving, and finished the bathrooms in green tile and natural stone. D5 handled the whole project in-house — interior design, Dubai Municipality approvals, construction, joinery and FF&E — so an older apartment became a calm, functional home with one team accountable from first sketch to handover.
